The place is very suitable for newcomers in Hong Kong who don't really know anyone here yet, as well as lonely working professionals, as you will meet a lot of new faces here without worrying too much.

About the room, the room is clean and newly renovated with proper hardwares all ready; there are two windows in my room, one big and one small, which give abundance natural lights to my room; though the size of my room is not very big, but it is really comfy staying in it; at first I was worried about the room condition, as I don't have the chance to come visit in person, I am not sure if the actual room would be as good as its description on the website; luckily the fact proves everything, the description is exactly true and there is nothing to worry about.

About the service, especially thanks to the staff at Contented Living, they are very responsive whenever there is minor problems regarding the house and they will send in the maintenance workers at once, which save me from a lot of troubles. Also, there is weekly cleaning service to ensure the tidiness of the common area in the house.

About the location, it takes me 1 minute to walk to the MTR exit B3, it takes 6 to 7 minutes in average from my place to the MTR platform, this makes it very desirable to working professionals in Central.

Five stars for the living experience! 

When I first move in the place, the furniture are brand new and clean in a modern style; the room is luminous with abundant natural lights; there is enough storage space as girls usually have a lot of things, and I could just find a perfect way to store my things in place. Hurray! Also, I love the water dispenser here, it is super practical with the temperature control at 60°C; The water heater at bathroom works fine and the fridge and cooking utilities in kitchen are very thoughtful, it enhances the living standard here; The security guards downstairs very welcoming and they greet us every time as we come and go, it feels very warm; there are supermarkets, wet markets, restaurants, convenient stores around the neighborhood, which makes life easier. I would say I am very happy for living here up to now.

One of the best things I like about Contented Living would be The cleaning service of common area every week by the cleaning lady, she cleans the place thoroughly every time she comes, she ensures not only the living room is well-cleaned, but also details like cookers and floors on the kitchen is well-washed. We appreciate her work very much. And there is garbage collection every day which is very convenient.

In addition, Wai Yuen Masion is very conveniently located, one can easily reach wet markets, supermarkets, snack shops, grocery shops, and food stores in two minutes walk, which makes both dine-in and dine-out very easy. Also, the bathroom here by Contented Living is relatively spacious and cleaner than those in other places, which is also very impressive to me. I would recommend students in the same profession could be staying together in a flat, that would make group-studying and project-working  possible and would be very helpful.

All in all, Contented Living is really a good choice for accommodation, it is very safe and close to school, it might not be very spacious but it has everything you need.

As a HKU student, it takes just a minute to the MTR station, one station to HKU, and it takes only 10 minutes by walk to school, which is very convenient. Every week the cleaning lady will come and she is pretty nice, as well as the security guard downstairs. My room has a big desk sized 100cm x 200cm, by which you could place everything you need for your daily life, this is very rare in Hong Kong and the design of the desk is really great!

The room is really tidy and modern in style, it is just that the air conditioner is a bit old, other than that I am very satisfied with the overall condition.

I have been living in Wai Yuen Mansion for almost two years. Staff of Contented Living is super helpful and friendly. Effective and rapid response on different issues including arranging maintainence and inquiry. The location is convenient too, just next to the MTR exit. There are also bus stops to different districts too.

This is a very warm place to live in. All appliances in my room work perfectly fine, though my roommate reported dripping water on the air con in her room, it is soon fixed by the maintenance workers. The facilities provided by Contented Living no matter in living room, kitchen or bathroom could basically accommodate all our daily needs for living and this is very useful for new comers in Hong Kong like myself. All in all, I would say this is a very pleasant experience with Contented Living.

Great location with very convenient neighborhood. It also feels safe with the  security guards on duty 24/7. The renovation of my home is quite simple and clean. And there is no hassle at all for moving in with just my backpack. The service of the property management team is really warm and responsive. They will come to your place immediately when there is anything need to be fixed it at the house. The only thing that may need improvement would be the selection of the wardrobe at my room, which makes me very difficult to hang my clothes inside. I hope it will be improved quite soon.

I was a bit worried before I arrived here, as I didn't have a chance to look at the flat before signing the contract. But having lived here for a while, I'm very much satisfied. Location is superb with easy access to public transport and the University. The staffs are friendly and available whenever we needed help. Last but not least, my flatmates are really nice too. I'm glad that I chose to stay here!​

Wai Yuen Mansion, Sai Ying Pun is a very recommended accommodation. It is close to Hong Kong and has convenient transportation. There are many Hong Kong-style restaurants around and the life is very convenient. The security guard here is very nice and amiable. The cleaning aunt here is responsible. The house is well designed and uses all kinds of space reasonably. I hope everyone can choose such a comfortable place as their home.

HKU 2015-16 (Wai Yuen Mansion, Sai Ying Pun)

I have been lived in Contented Living for nearly a year, and I am very fortunate to have my choice. First of all, the walking time of the Sai Ying Pun subway station is less than one minute (7 minutes from the HKU), which makes me feel very convenient to travel and go to school. Downstairs, Wellcome and other food and beverage outlets and bakeries are abundant, and life is very convenient. Sai Ying Pun is an old residential area, and the quality of residents is generally high and relatively safe. In addition, the biggest problem when I was looking for accommodation was to find a roommate. Contented Living solved this problem well, arranged roommates for us, fare pricing, and all the residents had a strict review, which made me feel very relieved and at ease. . The 24-hour security guard downstairs is passionate and responsible, so I feel relieved.
